Admin & white-label

Serve on your own domain (white-label & HTTPS)

Run the agent console and the customer portal on your own branded domain via CNAME, with automatic HTTPS.

Admin & white-label
Serve on your own domain (white-label & HTTPS)

With a custom domain your customers — and your agents — use your brand end to end: support.yourbrand.com, not a flyhelpdesk URL. Set it up under Admin → Custom domains.

support.brand.com your domain flyhelpdesk desk.host HTTPS CNAME AutoSSL
Your domain points at flyhelpdesk via CNAME; HTTPS is issued automatically

Step by step

  1. Open Admin → Custom domains and add your hostname (e.g. support.yourbrand.com).
  2. At your DNS provider, add either record shown:
    • a TXT record _flyhelpdesk-challenge.<host> with the token (fastest to verify), or
    • the CNAME <host> → desk.helpdesktrial.com (this is what actually routes traffic — add it to go live).
  3. Click Verify. Ownership is proven over DNS — an unverified domain never resolves to your workspace, so nobody can hijack it.
  4. HTTPS is then secured automatically. Once the CNAME resolves, a certificate is issued for you — the status shows Securing HTTPS… and flips to HTTPS active as soon as it's live. Use Recheck HTTPS if you're impatient.
  5. Make primary to use the domain in outbound email links and branding.

Good to know

  • Both the agent console and the customer portal are served on your domain, fully branded.
  • Certificate issuance takes a moment — "Securing HTTPS…" is normal for a few minutes after the CNAME goes live.
  • Nothing here needs any server access — adding the DNS record at your provider is the only step you do outside flyhelpdesk.
