Install flyhelpdesk as an app
flyhelpdesk is a progressive web app (PWA) — you can install it like a native app, no store required.
Desktop (Chrome/Edge)
Click the install icon in the address bar (or the browser menu → Install flyhelpdesk). It opens in its own window, docks like an app, and launches full-screen.
Phone / tablet
- iPhone/iPad (Safari): Share → Add to Home Screen.
- Android (Chrome): menu → Install app / Add to Home screen.
Why bother
Installed, flyhelpdesk runs full-screen with its own icon, launches instantly, and the agent inbox is built to be mobile-navigable — so you can triage and reply from your phone as comfortably as at your desk.
