flyhelpdesk is a fully-managed cloud (SaaS) service. To deliver it we rely on a small set of sub-processors. This page lists them and summarises our Data Processing Addendum (DPA). We do not offer a self-hosted or on-premise deployment.
Data Processing Addendum
Where flyhelpdesk processes personal data on your behalf, we act as a processor and you as the controller. Our Data Processing Agreement, with GDPR Article 28 terms and, where relevant, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, is published and forms part of the subscription; administrators can accept it in the app. It commits us to process personal data only on your documented instructions, to keep it confidential, to apply the security measures it lists, to help with data-subject requests, to tell you of a breach promptly, and to delete or return data at the end.
Current sub-processors
Each sub-processor is engaged under terms consistent with our own obligations to you.
| Purpose | Sub-processor | Data |
|---|---|---|
| Cloud hosting & database | Managed cloud infrastructure provider | All service data (encrypted at rest) |
| Transactional & support email | Configured email/SMTP provider | Recipient address, message content |
| Telephony / voice (optional) | Twilio / Vonage | Caller number, call metadata |
| AI assistance (optional, opt-in) | Anthropic or OpenAI (operator-selected) | Ticket content sent for drafting/triage |
| Billing | WHMCS / payment gateway | Account & billing details (no card data stored by us) |
Optional sub-processors (telephony, AI) are engaged only when you enable the corresponding feature. We will give notice of new sub-processors so you can object before they begin processing.
Where data is processed
Service data is hosted in the region configured for your workspace. International transfers, where they occur, are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the Standard Contractual Clauses.
