The abuse queue, finally tractable
Tens of thousands of machine-generated reports collapse into a few hundred offending IP addresses. You work the offenders instead of the mail, and one action settles every report for an address at once.
- Reads SPFBL, ARF / X-ARF (RFC 5965) and DMARC aggregate reports
- Matches the offending address to the customer from your IP allocations
- An abuse-SLA clock on the reports that carry an obligation upstream
- Opt-in per workspace, so a desk without an abuse queue never sees it
Your help desk, as a WHMCS product
Add the help desk to your WHMCS store the way you sell hosting. An order creates the workspace, an unpaid invoice suspends it, payment brings it back, an upgrade changes the plan and a cancellation terminates it. Customers open it from their client area in one click.
- Create, suspend, unsuspend, upgrade and terminate, all from WHMCS
- One-click sign-in from the client area that never skips a second factor
- A daily check corrects anything a missed call left behind, and a Blesta module does all of this for Blesta
- Agents, tickets, AI resolutions and storage billed through WHMCS Usage Billing, plus billable time
AI that does the work, not just the wording
Assist drafts the reply. The agent goes further: it checks the customer’s DNS, certificate, mailboxes and hosting account, takes the action and hands you the result. Every step is in the ticket’s action log, and nothing that changes an account happens without your approval.
- Hosting tools: DNS, TLS, mail and domain checks, WHMCS and Blesta, cPanel/WHM, Plesk, DirectAdmin and ISPConfig
- A plain-English action log on every ticket, and in the audit log
- Your approval before any change: unsuspend, mailbox password reset, quota raise
- Falls back to a draft for a human whenever it is unsure
Test the AI on your own tickets before customers see it
Change the instructions or the model, and replay real past tickets against both versions first. Roll the winner out to a share of tickets, watch live quality with monitors that alert when it slips, and score every conversation, human or AI, against your own scorecard.
- Evals built from real tickets, and a staged rollout
- Monitors that alert when live AI quality drops
- QA scorecards on every conversation, which agents can dispute
- Always labelled as AI, with a guaranteed “talk to a person” (EU AI Act, Art. 50)
And resell it: AI resolutions are counted per end customer and billed through WHMCS, under one published definition of a resolution.
Bring your history with you
Import from the desk you are on today. Threads, timestamps, authors and attachments arrive intact, so last year’s conversation still reads like a conversation.
- Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, WHMCS and RT
- Threads, timestamps and authors preserved, not flattened
- Attachments and knowledge-base articles come across too
- Re-runnable, so you can catch up whatever arrived mid-move
Mail your customers actually receive
Every message is signed for your own domain, bounces and spam complaints stop mail to addresses that cannot take it, and a new sending domain is warmed up for you instead of landing in spam on day one.
- DKIM keys made and checked for each sending domain, rotated when you choose
- Bounces and feedback-loop complaints from Yahoo, Microsoft and others, checked against the email they are about, so a forged notice stops nothing
- One-click unsubscribe (RFC 8058), as Gmail and Yahoo require for bulk mail
- Campaigns paced per minute, and a new domain warmed up from 50 a day, held back if bounces rise
- Every customer written to in their own language, with your wording for each
Security you can check, not just claims
Controls are mapped to SOC 2, ISO 27001 and GDPR, and the ones a machine can confirm are re-checked every time the page loads. The dashboard shows the posture the code actually has, gaps included.
- An append-only, hash-chained audit log you can verify yourself
- Controls re-verified live, not written down once and trusted
- Certification readiness, with starter policies you can adopt
- Passkeys, SAML/OIDC SSO, SCIM groups, an IP allow-list and session controls
- A data region per workspace, and an encryption key per workspace with rotation
- Backups that include files, restore-tested every week, and self-diagnosis that alerts you when something stops
- Every attachment virus-scanned before it is kept, stored on your server or S3
- Full erasure of a person, a DPA you accept in the app, and “Confirm it’s you” before sensitive settings
- AI-made content marked on every channel for the EU AI Act, a disclosure log, and a public “How we use AI” page per workspace
- No AI account change without a confirmed customer: portal sign-in, a one-time code by email or SMS, or a support PIN
Controls are implemented and mapped. An independent audit has not yet been performed, and we say so on the dashboard rather than in the footnotes.
The unglamorous things you need on day two
Custom fields
On tickets, contacts and companies, with your own types and validation.
Campaigns
Tell a segment of customers something; every message is retried, and any that fail are counted.
Backups you can trust
Rows and files, encrypted, sent off-site, and restored into a scratch copy every week to prove they work.
Self-diagnosis
Scheduled tasks, background jobs, backups, mailboxes and mail delivery checked every 15 minutes, with an alert when one stops.
Multi-brand
Several brands, domains and signatures from one workspace.
Printable transcripts
The whole conversation on one page, with every timestamp, for the record.
Insights
Sentiment and topic trends across your tickets, with an alert when a topic spikes.
Zapier, Make and MCP
Official Zapier and Make apps, REST hooks, and an MCP server for your own AI tools.
Split, merge and side conversations
Split a thread, merge duplicates, and bring in a colleague or supplier by email or Slack without leaving the ticket.
Email signatures
Six designs with photo, logo and social icons, a test sent to yourself, and a company part your admin can lock.
In their language
Emails in each customer's language: chosen in the portal, set by an agent or recognised from their first message.
Guided setup
A checklist that ticks itself off as you connect a mailbox, sign your mail, add your team and accept the DPA.
Everyone gets their superpower
“The AI drafts my reply before I even finish reading the ticket. I just review and send.”
“SLAs, queues and CSAT in one dashboard. I finally know exactly where we stand.”
“White-label, SSO, a REST API and webhooks. It dropped into our stack in an afternoon.”
