Create an HTTP source

In Segment add an HTTP API source and copy its Write Key.

Connect integration Secret key Save

Paste the write key

Open Integrations → Connections → Analytics → Segment and paste the write key.

Test connection Connected

Test the connection

Click Test to send a sample event.

All set

You’re done

Ticket Created and Ticket Resolved events now stream to Segment.

Open the setup screen
