Create an Okta OIDC app

In the Okta admin console create an OIDC Web application and note the issuer URL.

Enable integration Turn this on to start syncing ON

Pick the Okta preset

Open Admin → Security & SSO and click Okta under Quick setup, then set your Okta issuer URL.

Add the redirect URI

Copy the callback URL from the page into Okta’s Sign-in redirect URIs.

Connect integration Secret key Save

Paste client ID & secret

Paste the Okta client ID and secret and turn SSO on.

All set

Sign in with Okta

Agents can now sign in through Okta.

Open the setup screen
